OFFICE MANAGER

Our office manager Star has been with Focal Point Eyecare since we began in May 2022. Star has been in the eyecare industry for 11 years. She started her optical journey in her hometown of Ardmore, Oklahoma with Dr. Blake Bush and has worked at several different offices in Texas as well as Colorado.

Star has been ABO certified as an optician. She is an amazing tech who can complete standard pre-testing, special testing such as Visual Fields, LLLT, IPL, and RF. Star also handles all of our back ends duties, such as insurance claims. She is amazing at finding the perfect frame to your fit your face.

Star's playful fun bubbly nature will make anyone leave the office with a smile. Her laugh is contagious and can always be heard throughout the office. In her spare time Star enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys dying her hair colorful shades. We promise you will never see her with the same color for long.

Hi I'm Kristina and I'm the Optometric Technician here at Focal Point Eyecare, but wear many different hats around the office! In my free time, you'll find me listening to K-POP, cross-stitching, and playing TFT.  Originally I was born in Oklahoma, but raised in Washington. I moved to Texas this past Fall. I graduated with an Associates in Arts & Science in pursuit of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. I am still discovering my passions in life and my hope is that I can find that here in Texas through my newfound friends at Focal Point.

Coordinator

Hello, i’m Ash the Program Coordinator here at Focal Point Eyecare. Aside from being the coordinator I also perform various task around the office. I have two degrees, Associates in Arts, and a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Psychology. I’m currently in a Master’s program with the end goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Outside of work and academia, I enjoy travelling, going to concerts and spending time with family.
